Circling Your Crux: Welcoming a New Chapter

While Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Services will remain at the heart of my work, I am acknowledging that the physical body is just one layer of our much more complex beings.
Over the past 7 years as the owner of OMPTS, I have given birth to my 3rd child, watched the world change during a global pandemic, put in 200 hours to become a certified yoga teacher and become a dedicated student of the practice. I have traveled twice to Denmark in pursuit of advanced study with an internationally recognized conscious connected breathwork school as well as Colorado to deepen my studies in Dry Needling with advanced training in DN the auricular branch of the vagus nerve. I have engaged in advanced training in yin yoga, pranayama and deepened my study of yoga nidra. I traveled with my 12 year old son to remote Central America to immerse ourselves in nature and a slower, more connected way of being, while surfing some of the best waves in the world.
From these many adventures comes CRUX – The pivotal moment in life’s climb.
Crux is the essential point–the spot in a story where the plot pivots, the moment everything hangs in balance. For some, the crux is clear and physical. For others, it's subtle - a habit, a breath, a detail only a discerning eye will notice.
Years working with professional athletes have shaped our perspective: Focus on the turning point, the place where skill, insight and effort come together. We bring that same rigor and thoughtful observation to every client–because each person has a crux, and every crux can be moved through.
Through Physical Therapy, Pranayama and an experienced, attentive approach, we look for the heart of the issue- your crux- and help you navigate it. Sometimes what matters most is loud and obvious; sometimes it's quiet, almost hidden. Either way, we’re here to notice, to listen and to guide with care and precision.
Crux isn’t just a name. It's the art of focusing on what's essential, meeting the real moment of change and working together at the point where things can truly shift.
Together, let’s Circle your crux. Rewrite your story.
