Hourly Rates Apply
$260 per hour reflects the caliber and focus of your care.
A comprehensive evaluation typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, billed at $260–$390.
Ongoing treatment sessions are 60 minutes at $260. If your session varies in length, billing flexes to match the time and attention you receive.
Dry Needling, when included, is an additional $5 flat fee.

Crux is an out-of-network provider by design. This allows for care without compromise—no rushed visits, no arbitrary restrictions and no decisions dictated by insurance policy. Instead, you receive undivided attention and expertise tailored to your goals. Too often, insurance-driven therapy puts limits on progress. At Crux, your journey determines the course and every session is devoted to what matters most: you.
For those wishing to submit for insurance reimbursement, we’ll provide detailed receipts with all necessary codes. We encourage you to call your insurance provider in advance to understand your out-of-network benefits.
Payment
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or Venmo, and is due at the time of your visit.
